Dear Church Family and Friends of Grays Harbor Adventist Community Services (ACS),
My how God has blessed! Our prayers have been answered!
I am excited to report that the contractor has finished the work. We now have new insulated walls, windows, doors, and a sealed roof. The past couple of weeks, volunteers have been busy cleaning up the outside and inside of the building, replacing paneling, and putting up temporary porches and decks.
The thrift store and food bank are now open, again serving the community and spreading the Gospel.

The change has been dramatic. Gone are the crumbling walls. Gone is the water blowing into the inside of the building. Gone is the soggy insulation. Gone are the non-functioning doors and windows. Gone is the anxiety over the roof. Gone is the doubt whether or not God has a plan for Adventist Community Services in Grays Harbor County.

My friends, things change when God steps in. When we place our faith and trust in Him alone and then step out by faith, things change. It is when we are ready to give up, that is when God is most powerful.
In three months, God provided $92,907.43. We still need $46,000 to pay for this project. We are approved and are taking an NPUC revolving fund loan for this amount. Praise God, our faithful members have come through with monthly pledges to cover the payments. However, we believe that it would be to God’s glory to pay this off as quickly as possible.

God has indeed provided the seed and multiplied it! There can be no doubt that God’s hand is in this, and His Spirit is moving. Where might He be leading us?
